General Assembly Meeting (Plenary), December 1-3, 2000

Delegates: General Assembly delegates are appointed by each active county in the state. The allocation of delegates is described in the bylaws. Counties must send the list of selected delegates to the host committee before the meeting by email (plenary@sdgreens.org) or by postal mail (GPSD Plenary Host Committee, P.O. Box 122283, San Diego, CA 92112). Delegates MUST register -- preregistration is highly recommended. [show delegate allocation]

Non-Delegates: The GPCA Plenary is open to all interested observers. Non-delegate registration is requested but not required.

Registration: $30 for the weekend (no single day rate). To make sure that we are prepared for your visit, please preregister before November 26. Preregistration includes breakfast and lunch on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday. Lunch on Sunday is $5. No guarantee of meal availability if registering after November 26 -- register early! From San Diego's Lindberg Airport... Go South on North Harbor Drive, turn left onto West Laurel Street, turn left onto 6th Ave, take Highway 163 North, take the Clairemont Mesa Blvd West exit, turn right onto Clairemont Mesa Blvd, turn left onto Kearny Mesa Rd.
From North County, Interstate 5... Go South on 5, take Interstate 805 exit, take Clairemont Mesa Blvd East exit, turn right onto Clairmont Mesa Blvd East, turn right onto Kearny Mesa Rd.
