So you want to help with the campaign. Now, what can you do?

Table, Flier, and Register Voters. Check out the online Volunteer Calendar for events where you can show up and help register voters and pass out literature. If you don't have access to the web, call the Hotline to find out what's happening. [how to table and register voters]

Wear Green Party Stuff. Get a Green Party or candidate shirt, a button, or sticker and wear it proudly when you go to work or the store. It's amazing how many people will stop you and ask about the campaign. Get contact info from anyone interested in helping and pass it on to the Hotline.

Display a Bumpersticker & Yard Sign. Get a bumpersticker and yard sign from one of the campaign supply centers and display it proudly.

Join a Working Group. We've got special teams together to do special tasks: media relations, Internet & data processing, literature & campaign materials production & distribution, volunteer recruitment, and Club/Local development. All these groups could use more help. Let us know if you have an interest or skills in one of these areas.

Stuff Envelopes. Join us at the next envelope stuffing party.

Hold a House Party. Organize an informational/fundraiser party at your house. Call the Hotline for more info.

Hold a "Write Home for Nader/Medea" Party. Organize a party at your house and ask people to come with their address books. Write letters to everyone you know urging them to consider voting Green. We'll supply the paper, literature, stamps, and envelopes. Contact the Hotline for more info.

Help Us Get Out The Vote. Starting on October 1st, we will be starting a major Get Out The Vote campaign aimed at getting the absentee ballot voters to turn in their ballots early. On election day, we will be contacting as many voters as possible to remind and encourage them to vote Green. We will need everyone who can pick up a telephone or who can walk their local precincts to help with this effort. Call the Hotline to let us know you can help.
